This meal comes together in minutes! An easy recipe for leftover chicken or turkey. Green beans and stuffing mix round out this dairy-free dish (with a gluten-free option.) A one pan dinner makes for fast cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup stuffing mix or prepared stuffing Gluten free if necessary
  • 1 cup shredded/diced chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup frozen or canned green beans You may use leftover green beans
  • 1 cup chicken, turkey, or vegetable broth If using prepared stuffing, use 1/4 broth
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise or veganaise
  • 1/4 cup French Fried Onions Optional

Instructions

  1. Whisk together broth and mayonaise/veganaise. Toss with stuffing mix, fold in frozen green beans and chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F /180 C for 45 minutes or until dish has a golden brown top.
